Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or Instagram direct message.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship to addresses within Europe. If you would like to place an order from outside our standard shipping zones, please contact us directly to discuss your options.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As a small business (Kleinunternehmer) under §19 UStG, we are not required to charge VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) on our products. Therefore, no VAT will be added to your purchase. However, any customs and taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.
Damages
Shades Factory is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Europe. For international orders, please be aware that international shipping rates and delivery times vary.
